What condition are cartridges in?

Cartridges are in 'good' used condition. They have been thoroughly cleaned, but they might have scuffs and scratches. If this bothers you, contact me to inquire about new reproduction cartridge cases at a premium (subject to availability). I do not use junk cartridges which are severely damaged or dirty. Clamshell cases and all printed material are new.

Can you custom-make a reproduction for me?

No. Unfortunately, it is just too time consuming and I want to finish the line of un-localized Japanese games while I'm still young.

When will you release more titles?

It's hard to say. It takes a long time to translate manuals and do the layouts, but I am slowly working on it. Sign up for the site newsletter and I will email you when I release more.

Do you sell individual manuals/cover inserts/labels?

Not right now. I only sell complete sets, since I've ordered the same number of each item and don't want to end up with leftover stock.

The game I want is out of stock. When will it be in stock?

I constantly update the inventory as I make more, so check back often. If you're not having any luck, contact me and I'll set you up.

Will you be selling these indefinitely?

Possibly not. I have a limited amount in stock, and it costs a lot to have more printed, so if there isn't high demand I won't order another print run. I suggest ordering now when you have the chance.

Can I order more than one copy of the same game?

Yes, as long as it's in stock. Simply change the quantity on the product page or in the shopping cart.

 

Shipping

Where do you ship?

The site is set up to only ship in the United States. If you want me to ship internationally, contact me and I might be able to set something up.

What carrier do you use?

USPS.

How much is shipping?

$3 per order, regardless of how many games you order.

How do you pack games?

In a box with bubble wrap.

 

Returns

Can I return a game?

Sure. You have 15 days from the time of receipt. If there's a problem with the game, I'll cover shipping, but if you just don't want it, I'll ask you to pay for shipping both ways. Returned games must be in the same condition as they were received.

My game doesn't save/doesn't work/is damaged. What should I do?

Contact me and I will see that the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
